What We Offer

Mock Interview Intensive

Real-time simulation and coaching for behavioral, strategic, or role-specific interviews. Focused on clarity, confidence, and delivery. Includes feedback breakdown and next-step practice.

Narrative Reframing Session

We unpack your experience and translate it into a sharp, credible, and relevant story for the types of roles you want, not just the ones you’ve held. Includes a written positioning summary you can reuse in interviews, resumes, and networking.

Career Positioning Strategy

A structured framework to identify your differentiation, language, skill mapping, and storyline, so you can explain your value clearly across conversations, applications, and internal moves.

Our Story

Hi, I'm Kate.

I’ve built my career by navigating roles and industries that didn’t always match my résumé on paper and learning how to communicate my value in a way that made people say yes anyway. Over time, I became the person colleagues, classmates, and friends came to when they needed help telling their own story, preparing for interviews, or positioning themselves for something bigger.

Role Reframed is the structured version of that work: a strategic, narrative-driven approach to career transitions that helps people articulate their strengths, communicate with clarity, and move confidently into what’s next.

I don’t believe in hype, scripts, or “just be confident” advice.
I believe in language, preparation, and story — and the impact they create.

Why Role Reframed Works

Most career support focuses on résumés, confidence tips, or surface-level coaching.

Role Reframed starts where real career movement happens, with your story.

We help you articulate your experience with clarity and credibility, so you can step into roles that stretch beyond your past title, industry, or function.

✔ Narrative-first, not résumé-first
✔ Grounded in real-world career pivots
✔ Practical tools you can reuse — not scripts or hype
